Privacy at this studio

What we collect

The only place you give us anything is the booking form on the book a free session page. It is provided by LineLeader, the system this studio uses to manage inquiries, and runs on our page using LineLeader's own code.

It asks for your name, phone number and email, your child's name and details, the time you picked, and how you heard about us. It also has a checkbox about text messages, which is yours to choose.

What we do with it

What you enter goes directly into LineLeader. We use it to arrange your visit and contact you about it, and it is visible to the people who work at this studio. We do not sell your details.

Tracking and cookies

Our own pages set no cookies and run no analytics, tag manager or advertising pixels. Links to Google Maps open Google's site.

The booking form is LineLeader's, so its own rules apply to what happens inside it. Camps are booked on MyStudio's site, which runs its own analytics and advertising tools, and its own rules apply there.

How long we keep it

If you book a visit and become a member, your details stay with your membership record for as long as you are with us and for as long afterwards as we are required to keep business records.

If you book a visit and we do not see you again, tell us and we will delete the inquiry.

Asking us what we hold, or to delete it

Email westfriscotx@codeninjas.com or call (214) 308-9232 and ask. We will tell you what we have about you and your child, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You do not need a reason and there is no form.

Children

We teach children aged 5 to 14. The booking form is for a parent or guardian to fill in, and this website is not built for children to use.

Photographs of ninjas are only ever taken and used with a parent's permission, asked for separately and never assumed from a booking.

Changes to this page

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. In particular, if we ever add analytics to this website, the section above saying we run none will be the first thing to go.
