The rules for this website. The membership you sign up to has its own agreement, and that one governs if the two ever disagree.
Who runs this website
This site is run by Code Ninjas West Frisco, at 252 W Stonebrook Parkway, Suite 700, Frisco, TX 75034. We are an independently owned and operated Code Ninjas franchise, which means the studio is ours and the brand is not.

Prices, times and dates
The prices, class times, opening hours and camp dates on this site are set by the studio and we keep them up to date. They can change, and a camp can fill up or not run.
Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract. What you agree to when you join is set out in the membership agreement you sign, and that document governs if it ever disagrees with a page here.
Booking a session
Sessions are booked through the LineLeader form on the book a free session page. Camps are booked on MyStudio's site rather than on this one.
Membership runs monthly and can be canceled at any time, with 30 days' notice before your next payment. The pricing page has the terms in full.
Using this website
Read it, share it, link to it. Do not scrape it at a volume that affects other people, try to break it, or copy it wholesale and put it up as your own.
The words and layout here are ours. Most of the photography and the brand artwork belong to Code Ninjas LLC, and a few background photographs are licensed stock. Trademarks are covered below.
Other people's trademarks
Some of our camps teach children to build with software other companies make, and we name it so you know what your child will be using. Naming it is not a claim of any relationship with the company that owns it.

Roblox and Roblox Studio are trademarks of Roblox Corporation, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. Where we link out, including to the Code Ninjas corporate site, to the booking system and to a project a ninja has published, we are not responsible for what is there or for how those sites handle your information.
What we are responsible for
We try to keep this website accurate and available and we cannot promise either absolutely. If a page is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
Nothing here limits any responsibility we have to you under Texas law, or anything in the membership agreement you sign with us.
